One area Burx particularly enjoys is helping borrowers who have already been told “no.” A denial from one lender doesn't necessarily mean homeownership is out of reach. Different lenders can have different underwriting requirements, programs and guidelines, and Burx specializes in taking another look at difficult scenarios to determine whether another path may be available.
As a United States Marine Corps veteran, Burx has a particular passion for helping fellow Veterans understand and utilize their VA home loan benefits. His experience with VA lending includes helping Veterans explore zero-down financing and finding solutions for borrowers whose credit or financial circumstances may make obtaining traditional financing more difficult.
